This page explains what happens to your information when you use a game or app published by Tovelly on Google Play or the App Store. Where a particular app works differently, its store listing or its own privacy page says so.

What our games collect themselves

Nothing personal. Our games do not ask you to sign up, and they do not collect your name, email address, contacts or photos. Your progress, scores and settings are saved only on your device. Deleting the game deletes them.

Advertising

Our games are free and carry ads served by Google AdMob. To show and measure those ads, the Google Mobile Ads software inside the game collects some information from your device and sends it to Google:

• your device's advertising ID
• your IP address, which gives an approximate location
• information about the device and the app, such as the model, operating system and how the ad was seen or tapped
• crash and performance information about the ads software

Google uses this to choose which ads to show, to count views and taps, to limit how often you see the same ad, and to prevent fraud. It is sent over an encrypted connection. Some ads are optional: a game may offer a reward, such as a second chance, if you choose to watch one. You never have to.

Your choices

• Where the law requires it, for example in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, the game asks for your consent before personalised ads are shown, using Google's consent form.
• On Android you can reset or delete your advertising ID in Settings, under Privacy or Google, then Ads. On iPhone, apps must ask before they can track you across other companies' apps and websites.
• You can turn off personalised ads across Google at adssettings.google.com.

Children

Our games are not made for children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
